The reception venue

Barsentum is an ancient fortified farmsteadwhich dates back to the XVI century. Restoration works uncovered round and pointed arches dating from the XII century. it is sourrounded by the rich countryside of Valle d’Itria full of olive and almaonds trees as well as fig tres. Nowadays, it is possible to admire the farmstead as it once was. The grey, weathered stones are today admired by everyone who comes to visit and they will remind us of the ancient history that lives again thanks to our care.
